4. Bookings, Orders, and Payments

Reservations and orders made through Saravanas are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors.

5. WhatsApp & Electronic Communications

By providing your WhatsApp number or contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive messages from Saravanas via WhatsApp Business API regarding your bookings, customer service inquiries, and (with explicit opt-in) promotional offers.

WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta Platforms, Inc. and subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

You may opt out of marketing WhatsApp messages anytime by replying "STOP" or contacting us. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, service updates) may continue.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Saravanas, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of Saravanas or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saravanas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saravanas, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or your jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally through the courts of competent jurisdiction in our registered location.
