Cancellation Policy
At Saravanas, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests/customers and our business.
Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled date/check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay or 50% of the booking amount, whichever is lower.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in the full booking amount being charged with no refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Special Circumstances
We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances. Documentation may be required.
